The popularity of iPhone is increasing rapidly. iPhone is developed and marketed by apple Inc. The product has everything which a user expect.  And believe me all that is available with just a flick of your finger tip isn’t that great. The quality of iPhone cannot be matched with all the other leading mobile manufacturers because its simply exceptional. I believe Nokia, Motorola, LG and many other competitors are there in this industry from ages but what apple has done in such a short span of time is really incradible. apple Inc. started off with mac and hardware system but it was iPod which earned huge business for the company. For me its the “quality with an affordable price”. one can’t regrect once he or she buys an iPod and thats what makes it different.
After the huge sucess of iPod apple announced its new product which was iPhone.

The highlighting features of iPhone are:
multi-touch screen - you will wonder that the phone has no seperate key pad for its operation however, everything is included in the touch screen which make your mobile experience more satisfactory
camera phone – Camera compatability with iPhone gave an extra  edge to apple Inc. to lead in the market.
media player – I can simply say that iPhone is the upgraded version of iPod which act as a phone
Internet client – The functionality to check and send email and browsing internet is an another key of sucess for iPhone
Wi-Fi connectivity – to give more comfort to its user apple Inc. has included Wi-Fi in the iPhone which allows wire less connectivity with the internet modem
quad-band GSM with EDGE - Its the first generation mobile
UMTS with HSDPA – Its the second generation mobile

On the contrary I would like to say that apple Inc. is a slow starter but one cannot neglect that its product has changed the face of digital world. The way apple has launched and approched the market it has sucessfully left all the other competitors behind. The various products which apple has launched is fully functional and works effeciently more than its expectation.
Apple is very compatible, it runs on almost all operating system. However, I would like to say that it requires specific programme which has to installed in your computer.

Time magazine rated iPhone as the “Invention of the Year” in 2007.
The upgrade of iPhone with 3G compatibility released on 11 July, 2008.
The extonishing faster 3G data speeds and Assisted GPS is the special feature with the newer version.
In the near future iPhone firmware version 3.0 is expected to be relese soon in 2009.

As of now apple Inc. has proved its ground on music and communication industry. And may start dominating the market with more exciting products.
